How can I get involved?

There are several ways you could help:

~ If you are a trained therapist or practitioner you could donate a few hours of your time...

~ You could provide a dance, relaxation or exercise class...

~ You could sponsor the event by providing a venue, refreshments or raffle prizes for the day...

~ You could sponsor the printing of publicity, or publicise the event through your networks...

~ There will also be opportunites for therapists/practitioners or schools to have a stall on the day...

~ Or... just turn up and enjoy the day!
