*If you wish to volunteer as a mentor please download the application form and return the completed form to us by post at:

		Chance UK 2nd Floor, London Fashion Centre 89-93 Fonthill Road London N4 3JH or by email: vol@chanceuk.com (you will have to sign it when you come for training.)

All mentor training programmes take place over 3 consecutive Saturdays from 10am to 4pm at our offices in Finsbury Park - all 3 days must be completed.
